Dr. Amanda grew up in Brampton with furry, canine siblings. She pursued her love of animals with a job at the local veterinary clinic as a kennel assistant. Dr. Amanda went to the University of Guelph to achieve her Bachelor’s of Science degree, majoring in Animal Biology. Her lifelong passion for animals and interest in medicine led her to the Ontario Veterinary College, where she completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2014. She has worked in veterinary hospitals in Guelph and Orangeville, until settling into the team at Cambridge Veterinary Services in 2020. Dr. Amanda enjoys helping both people and pets in the challenges of general practice, and has special interests in preventative medicine and diagnostic imaging. She happily devotes most of her spare time to her husband and children. Dr. Amanda looks forward to sharing her love of animals with her children, and the enrichment furry siblings can bring.
